2016-17 Structure

Dads Rock Academy – Year 4

Each year we aim to enhance your experience of Dads Rock Academy (DRA).  We’ve spent time looking at what has worked over the last three years and want needs change.  See below for details for this years lessons.

  • DRA will run on a Tuesday night, 6-8pm.
  • The first class will be on Tues 6th of Sept and run until 13th of June 2017.
  • There will be five distinct learning blocks throughout the year.
  • Our existing lead tutors are returning.
  • Weekly cost is £12* per student, to be paid monthly.
*For the last three years we've had additional funding to help reduce the fees, we no longer have access to this, and without this increase DRA cannot continue.

Instrument choices are also changing, we need every new and returning DRA student to click on the link below and chose your top three instruments that you wish to study.

We'll aim to fit everyone to their first choice, but this is about trying to get a more even spread of students against instruments:

Every family that wants to be part of DRA this year needs to click on the above survey by the 14th of August.  If you don’t respond by the 14th, we’ll assume you don’t want to be a student.  If there is more than one student per family, you'll need to complete multiple surveys.

If you’d like to meet to discuss any of this, we’re holding a meeting for families, you'll be asked in the above survey if you'd like to come to the meeting.

Thank You!
